We have over 25 years of experience helping brand owners select and protect their trademarks. Our services include trademark searching and clearance, trademark applications and registrations, trademark licensing and commercialization, and trademark oppositions, expungements and enforcement.
Most of our Canadian trademark application and registration services are done on a flat/fixed fee basis. We also have strong relationships with trademark firms and lawyers around the world to assist our Canadian clients with their international trademark portfolios.
Tech law
We have over 25 years of experience working with technology agreements. Our services include drafting, reviewing and negotiating software, technology and intellectual property development, licensing, outsourcing, maintenance, sponsorship and similar IP/IT agreements.
We have provided technology law services to a wide variety of clients, ranging from local start-ups to large international companies. We act for both technology companies and for their licensees/customers.
