Chris practised at a large international law firm in Vancouver for 25 years, and was the partner in charge of the firm’s IT and Trademarks law groups for more than 15 years.
He has been recognized as a leading Technology and Intellectual Property lawyer by several ranking publications, including Best Lawyers, Lexpert and WTR 1000.
Chris also values pro bono legal work. In 2025, he created CHERRY TEA Law Group to help make pro bono intellectual property services more easily accessible to charities and non-profits in Canada and internationally.
